Processing Time
Orders are confirmed only after payment is received and shared with us on WhatsApp. Once confirmed, orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. During sale periods or festive launches, processing may take up to 5–7 business days.
Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes 4–8 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities usually receive orders faster; remote areas may take a little longer.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all orders across India. There is no minimum order value required for free delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details and courier partner name on WhatsApp so you can track your delivery.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or you believe it is lost in transit, please message us on WhatsApp with your order details and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
Areas We Ship To
We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If your pin code cannot be serviced by our courier partner, we will inform you on WhatsApp before confirming your order.
